Moveable Public Holidays

I would appreciate being told whether Orthodox Easter is an official holiday if anybody knows. As a majority of the population is Orthodox, I assume that it must at least disrupt work schedules, so the dates are given below. Muslims, Western Rite Christians and Jews celebrate their own religious holidays but these are not days off.
