Nordic Visual Impairment Research - Group
Purpose: To coordinate and initiate joint Nordic research and development within the area of visual impairment. To develop a research- and development network on a joint Nordic level, through which initiatives can be shared, and to facilitate, support and supervise new research and development. An important part of the network is to facilitate and cooperation and establish coordination between relevant, corresponding initiatives and groups of professionals within the field of visual impairment in Scandinavia.

Disability Conciliation Services
DCS provides an impartial person to act as mediator to help resolve disputes between disabled people and service providers. This service is voluntary and a disabled person who wishes to take legal action is not obliged to use it. Referral to the DCS is made via the disability Rights Commission.
