Support Activities Action 5 of the YOUTH program - Support Measures - is intended to help people involved in youth activities to find partners and to prepare, develop and improve the quality of EVS projects. When a potential EVS partnership has been established, the sending organization has the possibility of undertaking a feasibility visit before the actual application is submitted. The objective of a feasibility visit is to facilitate better contacts between sending and host organizations. In certain cases, the volunteer may also be included in the feasibility visit, for example, if the host project is of a special nature. Action 5 also provides support for the training of youth workers and youth leaders in project management as well as in intercultural working methods and language skills.
