This section wants to be a complement to the Users' Guide by giving the answers to the most common questions concerning the program YOUTH. Most of these questions are of practical matter, as for instance what do the National Agencies really understand as a Youth Exchange or a Voluntary Service.

The basic corpus of this message board comes straight from official sources, since the first group of questions will be made to the members of the National Agencies during the creation of the site. The rest is up to you... if you still have questions.
